What made you want to be an entrepreneur?
I had an idea to make portion control simple and wanted to share it with the world, becoming an entrepreneur was the best and only way to do this.

What’s the BEST thing about being the boss?
Freedom and flexibility to do the things you want to do when you want to do them.

Do you have any gems of advice for entrepreneurs starting out today?
Follow your passion and surround yourself with people who believe you can do anything, avoid the negativity.

Where will the business be in five years?
We’ll be competing with the likes of Slimming World and Weight Watchers. A household name in the dieting industry.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing: what would you do differently if you were back at Day 1, Year 1?
Don’t be scared to tell people about your idea, instead find people to help you make it a reality. It set us back years by keeping the idea secret and going down completely the wrong path.

How will the exiting of the EU community affect you?
Honestly, I don’t know. Currently, we only sell in the UK and we import from China, so have limited dealings with the EU. We see it as an opportunity though, change is often a good thing.
